In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the Sydney Trail Half Marathon
If the event is postponed, participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will not be eligible for a refund. However, they will have the option to transfer their entry to a future event. We will ensure timely communication of all updates and announcements through our website, email notifications, and social media platforms.
Additionally, we will be conducting regular reviews of the conditions at Parramatta Lake Reserve in the lead-up to the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers.
80% of entry fees are refundable prior to 30th of June 2025.
After 1st of July 2025, we do not offer refunds.
You can defer your entry at no cost prior to 1st of July 2025
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. Please allow up to 7 business days for this request to be actioned.
